Method
Both couples can provide healthy sperm and eggs and give birth to the baby through a surrogate mother.
(1) [The couple travels to the United States in person] The husband and wife go to the United States in person for sperm and egg retrieval. Perform artificial reproduction (IVF) at the American Reproductive Medicine Center. The surrogate mother is interviewed online. After the embryo is screened by PGS, it is implanted into the surrogate mother’s uterus to give birth.
(2) [International transportation to the United States] Sperm and eggs are collected in Taiwan and artificial reproduction (IVF) is performed at Taiwan Reproductive Medicine. The embryos are sent to the U.S. Reproductive Medicine Center through international transportation. And the surrogate mother is interviewed online, and the embryo is transferred to the surrogate mother’s uterus to give birth at the American Reproductive Medicine Center.
(3) [International transportation to the United States] Collect sperm and eggs in Taiwan, and send the sperm and eggs individually to the U.S. Reproductive Medicine Center through international transportation.

Time Course

After successfully completing egg and sperm retrieval, the American Reproductive Medicine Center will conduct the embryo process and pass PGS testing before implanting into the surrogate mother’s uterus;
The total time it takes to complete a couple’s surrogacy is about 12 to 14 months.
[International transportation to the United States] After couples complete sperm, egg or embryo retrieval in Taiwan and send them to the United States through international transportation, it takes about 4 months to complete the regulatory inspections required by the FDA and apply for import and export documents, so it takes about 16 days before and after. Method
This program provides couples whose husbands cannot provide healthy sperm. They can obtain donated sperm from the American sperm bank and use the wife’s eggs for artificial reproduction, and have a surrogate mother conceive and give birth to the child. For women who are elderly or infertile, “self-fertilization and egg donation + surrogacy” can choose to obtain healthy eggs through egg donation channels and their husband’s sperm for artificial birth in the United States, and the pregnancy and birth will be completed by an American surrogate mother.
The husband can go to the American Reproductive Medicine Center in person to collect sperm or transport the sperm to the American Reproductive Medicine Center through international transportation. After the couple chooses the source of egg donation, they can undergo artificial reproduction (IVF) at the American Reproductive Medicine Center. The surrogate mother is interviewed online, and the embryos are screened for embryonic grade through PGS testing before being implanted into the surrogate mother’s uterus to give birth.
